Two Asian friends convicted for violating traffic laws

After indicating in the grounds of its ruling that it was satisfied with the proof of the charges against them, according to the forensic laboratory report for the first, and his confessions in the investigation report and the investigations of the Public Prosecution, the Dubai Traffic Court ruled to convict two Asian nationals, as it punished the first with a fine of 10 thousand dirhams for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and 2 thousand dirhams for the charge of driving without a valid license issued by the licensing authority, while it punished the second with a fine of 500 dirhams for the charge of allowing another person to drive a vehicle without a license.

The details of the incident indicate that the second accused allowed his friend to drive his vehicle without the latter having a valid license, in addition to the fact that the latter was not in a normal state while driving.
