Dar Global begins construction of SAR 2 billion Trump Tower Jeddah

Dar Global, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has awarded the site preparation works contract for the upcoming Trump Tower Jeddah project to Italian foundation specialist company SEFCO.

The SAR 2 billion (US$ 531 million) Trump Tower Jeddah, which is uniquely located on the Jeddah Corniche, is one of the tallest residential towers in the city, with a total of 47 floors, redefining the concept of luxury living in the Kingdom. One of the most prominent features of the new tower is the Trump Club, the first members-only social club in the Kingdom, which is set to be the ideal destination for the city’s elite, offering an unparalleled blend of privacy, luxury and exclusivity.

With site preparation now underway, Dar Global is committed to developing this project, and is also strengthening its presence in the Kingdom’s fast-growing real estate sector with another mega project in Riyadh, comprising 200 luxury residential villas.
