Dubai Health Authority's "Seha" platform attracts the attention of pioneers

Awad Sagheer Al Ketbi, Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, confirmed that the authority adopts the implementation of a clear policy and a fixed methodology to open up to leading health institutions inside and outside the UAE, in addition to building partnerships, strengthening relations, and cooperating with all concerned and specialized parties, especially those that have common strategic goals with the Dubai Health Authority.

He explained that this policy is based on the authority's keenness to exchange successful experiences and expertise, and keep pace with global developments, in order to achieve the aspirations of the Emirate of Dubai to possess a first-class global health model.

This came during the multiple meetings and open discussions that brought together Al Ketbi, and many official health delegations, health leaders, decision-makers, experts, and planners, participating in the Arab Health Exhibition and Conference 2025, whose activities were launched and extended from January 27 to 30, at the Dubai World Trade Center.

He said: Dubai deserves to always be among the most advanced global cities in the health sector, and in light of this, the Authority seeks to employ all capabilities and invest all opportunities to build new partnerships to enhance the health system and support Dubai's position as an ideal destination for treatment, health, quality of life and happiness.

Al Ketbi praised the series of meetings that took place between him and senior officials in local and international health institutions, describing the discussions that took place as fruitful.

In the same context, the Authority's platform attracted the attention of visitors to the Arab Health Exhibition and Conference, including officials and specialists, who flocked to the platform to learn about the new transformations that the Authority has brought about in the health sector in Dubai, especially at the level of projects, initiatives and developed services, which reflect the great efforts made, aiming to reach a better health future.

Among the most prominent things that the Authority presented on its platform was the comprehensive and integrated psychological well-being system, which was approved by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, which includes a package of axes and initiatives that support achieving the goals of the “Dubai Social Agenda 33”, to enhance Dubai’s position to be among the top three cities in the world in terms of standard of living.

The Authority also presented the early warning system for detecting infectious diseases using artificial intelligence technologies.
