The Dubai Land Department is preparing to host the 21st edition of the International Real Estate Investment Show (IPS) 2025, at a time when the real estate sector in the emirate continues to achieve record growth, reflecting the confidence of investors and companies in its growing market.
The exhibition, which will be launched from April 14 to 16, is a leading platform that brings together real estate developers, investors, financial institutions, and real estate brokers to exchange experiences and explore the latest innovations in the sector, including smart construction technologies and urban sustainability.
The exhibition is witnessing wide participation from international entities, which enhances opportunities for cross-border cooperation and partnerships.

The exhibition agenda includes five main axes:
“IPS Real Estate” to showcase the latest projects.
“IPS Future Cities” to highlight sustainable solutions.
“IPS Startup and PropTech” for real estate innovations.
“IPS Design” for architectural creativity.
“IPS Services” to advance real estate and hospitality management.
His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Land Department, stressed that the exhibition enhances Dubai's position as a global destination for real estate investment, noting that 2.78 million real estate transactions were recorded in 2024, with a total value of AED 761 billion, reflecting the market's momentum and strong demand.
IPS 2025 provides a unique opportunity for investors to explore the latest projects, learn about government incentives supporting the sector, and attend specialized workshops and seminars.
The exhibition also includes a competition for start-ups to showcase their solutions to investors, in addition to initiatives to support women's leadership in the real estate sector.
In conjunction with the booming real estate market in Dubai, the exhibition enhances its role as an incubator for innovation and investment, which contributes to shaping the future of the real estate sector locally and globally.
