The word entertainment in the Arabic language means relief, joy and amusement. It is a source of comfort and it is said that he came to entertain him, that is, to delight his mind, amuse him and relieve him, and comfort is the ease of life and the abundance of fertility, and it is said that he entertained yourself, that is, he relieved and relieved it and removed from it distress, worry and fatigue.

There are many and varied means of entertaining the soul, but they differ from one person to another according to desires and inclinations. Here are some of them:

Means of entertainment inside the home

• Enjoy spending a night watching your favorite movies or reading books and magazines and listening to calm music.

• Share a lot of laughter, as laughter works as a therapeutic and effective medicine, as laughter can improve relationships between people, which leads to physical and health changes in the body, as it improves mood effectively and in a short time and protects you from pain and reduces the risk of suffering from the effects resulting from intense and long efforts.

• Entering the kitchen and trying cooking if you have never done it before is very entertaining and gives you a kind of happiness.

• Playing some home games such as: magic games, board games, card games and many other games that entertain the soul.

• Watching videos on YouTube where there are many diverse clips that meet everyone's interests. [5] Start shopping online and watching sites that offer various goods instead of going shopping outside, which may not always be comfortable.

• Organizing a cluttered area in your home such as a closet or laundry room, which makes you feel happy, accomplished and entertained.

Outdoor entertainment

• Going for a walk outside on a walking path surrounded by beautiful nature makes you relax, clear your mind and feel comfortable.*

• Taking some pictures of nature or the places you love using a mobile phone or a professional special camera.*

• Go and explore a new area on your bicycle.

• Traveling is one of the most entertaining activities, but it can be expensive sometimes, so you can visit a city near you with a small budget.

Entertainment Controls

Entertainment should be a means, not an end, and within moral and religious controls. Here are some of these controls:

• Avoid the prohibitions that religion has forbidden.

• Take care and avoid the heart's attachment to these matters and make them the goal and preoccupation of the person, as attachment is for God alone.

• Avoid entertainment activities that include polytheism.
