‎The Global Charity Organization revealed that it will distribute 7,500 Iftar meals daily during the holy month of Ramadan in the country, in a move aimed at supporting needy families and alleviating the suffering of needy groups such as workers and those with limited income.

The organization explained that the meals are distributed in various areas, including Ramadan tents, workers' housing and homes, with generous support from charitable people in the UAE, while the organization's work teams participate in the distribution process, along with volunteers from all emirates of the country.

His Excellency Dr. Khalid Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the organization, confirmed that this initiative comes within the "What You Love 2025" campaign, which reflects the spirit of social solidarity during the holy month, and what distinguishes it is the combined efforts of the sons and daughters of the Emirates, from benefactors, governmental entities and private companies, as everyone competes in the fields of charity to reflect a high-end image of a large nation the size of the Emirates.

His Excellency said that the Authority’s teams also work in 23 countries, working day and night to help the neediest families, as they seek to implement hundreds of projects and initiatives on a daily basis, especially in Africa, including breaking the fast in Muslim villages, building mosques, digging wells, and building Quran memorization centers, in addition to distributing zakat money and other charitable projects such as caring for orphans, clothing the poor, and others.
