Sheikha Hind bint Majid Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Business Women Council, stressed that celebrating women is not limited to their achievements, but also includes the strong will that has made them a fundamental pillar in the global economy.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, she pointed out that women's empowerment has become a tangible reality embodied in their increasing role in leading development, achieving innovation, and contributing to formulating economic policies, reflecting the growing awareness of the importance of their effective participation in all fields.
Sheikha Hind bint Majid Al Qasimi said, "In the UAE, women do not stop at the limits of participation, but rather lead the entrepreneurship scene and make a tangible impact in vital sectors from technology to renewable energy. Young Emirati women do not wait for opportunities, but rather create them and drive the economy with their innovations and projects that go beyond traditional boundaries."
She added that all these achievements are not just numbers, but evidence of a supportive leadership vision and an ambition that knows no impossible. They are a call to the world to truly invest in women’s capabilities, not only as a matter of equality, but as a necessity for sustainable and comprehensive economic growth.
