His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi decides to implement health insurance for all employees in the Fujairah government

Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, and with direct follow-up from Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the Fujairah government issued a decision to adopt a health insurance system for all segments of employees in all local government institutions and entities.

This decision comes in order for Fujairah government employees to receive the necessary health care, enhance the level of performance, and improve their living conditions in an ideal work environment.

Earlier this month, His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, ordered a 20% increase in the salaries of employees of the local government of the Emirate of Fujairah, effective from February 1.

This decision comes from His Highness with the aim of supporting the job stability of employees, which will positively reflect on the performance of local institutions.

This decision comes in line with the Fujairah government's vision to provide forms of support to employees in a manner consistent with alleviating financial and life burdens and providing a decent life for them and their families.
