His Highness the Ruler of Fujairah orders a 20% increase in government employees’ salaries

His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, has ordered a 20% increase in the salaries of employees of the local government of the Emirate of Fujairah, effective from February 1.

His Highness’s decision aims to support job stability for employees, which will positively reflect on the performance of local institutions.

This decision is also in line with the vision of the Fujairah government to provide forms of support to employees in a manner consistent with alleviating financial and life burdens and providing a decent life for them and their families.

This increase is in line with the vision of the Fujairah government to provide a stimulating work environment that keeps pace with the aspirations of sustainable development and enhances the efficiency and productivity of government cadres to ensure the provision of the best services to the community.

The Fujairah government, under the directives of Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, adopts a comprehensive development vision aimed at enhancing social and job stability and improving the quality of life for the emirate's citizens and residents.
