Kuwait Central Bank Honors 2023 Economic Student Award Winners

Kuwait Central Bank held a ceremony to honor the winners of the 2023 Economic Student Award, with Governor Basel Al-Haroon presiding. Al-Haroon emphasized the importance of supporting national talent and fostering scientific research in economics and banking. The award aims to inspire young professionals to enhance their research skills and capabilities in the financial sector. Rania Al-Nebari, General Director of the Institute of Banking Studies, highlighted that 19 research papers were submitted for the award, part of the bank's "Kafa'a" initiative to develop the national workforce.
