Every person's lifestyle is linked to many factors, how do we change our unhealthy lifestyle to a healthy lifestyle

What is lifestyle?

Lifestyle is a broad concept that is almost difficult to define an exact framework for. Experts in various fields of human sciences consider lifestyle as a set of behaviors and activities that a person performs throughout his life and on a daily basis. Of course, there is a certain pattern in performing these behaviors that is influenced by a person's thoughts, beliefs, values, living environment and upbringing.

Healthy and unhealthy lifestyle

It is better to know that each person's lifestyle has a great impact on his habits, clothing, social relationships, nutrition, following fashion and other components of his life. Here, by giving a simple example, you will fully understand what a lifestyle is. Suppose for the first time that you are invited to the home of a person you have just met. You both come to the conclusion that you can be good friends through some shared experiences.

When you enter his house, you will discover from the layout of the house and the way he welcomes you, his lifestyle in terms of physical health, nutrition and the way he communicates with others. Also, the food in your friend's refrigerator shows how much he cares about his healthy life and the physical health of his family.

I am really happy for you .... The quality of your sleep reflects your healthy or unhealthy lifestyle. That is, if you do not get enough sleep and are very tired, lethargic and bored during the day; it shows that you do not care much about exercise, healthy eating, and even your mental health, and unfortunately, you have an unhealthy lifestyle.

How is our lifestyle shaped?

The best answer to this question is the words of Alfred Adler and his colleagues. They realized that these things form the basis of people's lifestyle in society:


  • The economic and social status of the family


  • The appearance and physical condition of the person


  • The parents' outlook or the type of attitude towards different aspects of life


The person's gender

So, with these four components (and many other important elements according to sociologists, such as religion), you have a lifestyle that is completely different from others. The interesting thing to note is that all of the above components make the way you look at yourself, life problems, the opposite sex, your goals, others and in general the way you look at the world and life.

We said that lifestyle casts a shadow on everything from the way you dress to choosing a job. So, in the following, we will mention the important things in your life, and by using them, you can change your lifestyle.
